A tedious but necessary job, part of the guest experience is making sure that they have what they need for their trip, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, tp, etc, we make sure it’s available and ready to be used, and then, we restock it when it runs low.
Guests need to have a good time, and you are their guide to make that happen. We take over the creation of the guidebook and populate with our favorites in town and incorporate any suggestions you might have.
We happen to like photography and have a professional camera, because of this, we cover the expense of photography. If bedding changes, get new furniture, paint a wall, we’ll come back at no cost and update the listing photos at no charge.
The FIRST month with Big Easy Management was in September and I did better than at Mardi Gras. This February WITH NO parades was better than last year.
